ABOUT US

Autumn’s Harvest Kennel is located in Romulus, NY near the shores of Cayuga Lake. It is located on Autumn’s Harvest Farm which is a licensed hunt preserve and serves as the kennels and its training grounds. 

 

Being in the Finger Lakes allows our dogs to hunt and train in just about every weather condition imaginable. Our dogs can easily go from hunting ducks in rough lake waters to sitting next to you on the couch. We want our dogs to have an off switch, so when they are not working, they spend much of their time inside.

 

Autumn’s Harvest Kennel’s mission is to produce the finest Deutsch Drahthaars in the world. We are striving to develop our own proven lines of tested dogs. Using what we consider, to be the best lines in the United States and Europe as a base. As a tool for evaluating our dogs hunting ability, conformation, and health we strictly adhere to all JGHV and VDD regulations. In addition, we regularly test our dogs in NAVHDA as we build upon the already strict Deutsch Drahthaar standards.
